It is best to check with your particular plan beforehand as some may have restrictions and some may even have out-of-network benefits that would pay in our office. Coverage varies by plan.

No Insurance? No Problem!
Don’t let not having dental insurance prevent you from having your oral health maintained. In an effort to help our patients without dental insurance, we have designed an affordable alternative to maintain your preventive care. This plan is NOT dental insurance and is exclusive to OUR office. Our In-House Plan will allow you the opportunity to visit our office regularly for your preventive care. In addition, your restorative work, if needed, is also discounted to help you in these difficult economic times. This plan was implemented to help patients continue regular visits to the office. Preventive care (cleanings) is cornerstone to long-term optimal oral health. We sincerely hope this plan provides you with a viable alternative to seeking quality care.
Comprehensive In-House Plan is $419 annually and includes the following:
- Two routine cleanings per benefit year for patients free of gum (periodontal*) disease
- Two routine full mouth exams per benefit year, problem focused or limited exams
- Oral cancer screening
- X-rays
- One fluoride treatment
- 15% off any additional treatment done at East Hampton Family Dental for the entire year from effective date (No Maximum, Deductible, or Pre-Authorization)
*Periodontal Plan Available for an extra $157 per year (covers two additional cleaning visits per benefit year to provide necessary periodontal maintenance)
